Our guests expect quality and service so we’re looking for a customer-focused General Assistant to join our team.

This role will include assisting the Food & Beverage Team and the Housekeeping Team.

On each shift you will be allocated your duties and will be responsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness and service within the guest rooms, function rooms and general public areas.

Food and beverage duties will require you to interact with the guests, therefore you must have good communication skills.

You will be required to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You must be over 18 with no unspent Criminal Convictions.
